  Rude drive thru staff, orders that are wrong quite consistently and a lack of items makes it impossible to order here. Every time I go through and order there is one thing I can't get because they don't have it. You're a fast food chain. If it's on your menu you should have it. I understand running out of items now and again but if I go through at breakfast and you're out of bagels and sausages, what the heck am I supposed to order? Unacceptable.

  Slow drive through. Out of doughnuts Tim bits and bagels often. Ordered 50 Tim bits and they told me they only had three varieties and they acted like I was lucky to even get fifty. This was mid afternoon. No excuse for running out of common items. Went back recently and made the mistake of ordering another box of 50 timbits (for my girlfriend's CO workers). The guy taking my drive through order thought I asked for six. I repeated fifty. He says OK then I see six timbits come up on the screen but it was too late. I told them about the mistake at the window and I hear him bickering about it with his CO workers and insisting that that in no way was it his mistake. I get the box of fifty and my girlfriend and I play guess how many varieties they put in there remembering what happened the last time. We open it and it's mostly the least desired kinds. About three types. I wonder when the other varieties come in? Maybe each comes in on a separate truck at different times? Lol. This was seven thirty am. Bad management, crappy rude service.
